The Completion Process is a form of modern soul retrieval, an ancient method for healing trauma. It is a revelatory tool that enables deep self reflection and discovery and can help to reveal and resolve at the root the cause of your emotional or physical distress. It’s a method that helps you to navigate your subconscious mind so that you can transform and learn from your pain, and in doing so integrate this part of you and therefore create healing, change, and resolve. It is an emotional re-birth experience in which i serve as an emotional midwife. It’s the closet thing I know to an Ayahausca experience without the Ayahausca :)
Most people experience deep emotional relief and release. You may be able to access good feeling emotions (peace, relaxation, happiness) that you may not have felt before -this is because when we suppress our ability to feel negative emotions we also suppress our ability to feel positive emotions too, so this process may open you up to a greater range of emotions and a more heightened sensitivity. You may become less afraid to feel your feelings because although this process requires you to feel very uncomfortable feelings, you also come out of it feeling much better than before. You may also find that you’re not triggered in the same way you were before about the issue you addressed with the CP, or experience decreased reactivity to it. Moreover you may find that you no longer feel inclined to engage in unhealthy coping behaviours because we have addressed the actual root Of the problem. Overall, you will likely experience greater self awareness and wholeness, as you access aspects of yourself that have been suppressed or buried in the subconscious mind. Because this process will allow you to reconnect with who you really are, it will help you achieve what you truly want in life (relationships, career, human connection), if you are willing to let go of what is no longer serving you.
What happens in the session?
We’ll start with a check in chat in which i’ll get you to explain to me the topic you want to work on. This brings the energy of the issue to the surface. I then will have you lay down on a therapy table (with pillows and blanket! And fire on a cold day) and close you eyes and start to connect with the core emotion that is at the centre of the issue. I will then help guide you into your emotional landscape, using the sensations of the body until we connect with a memory that matches the feeling. From there resolution is provided through active journeying or visualisation. I help you to fully emotionally resolve the core wound and provide a new narrative and feeling around the issue which energetically transfers the healing directly to the present day. Although you will likely feel relief at the end of the session you may also feel somewhat emotionally raw as this can be an emotionally intense process and your body is acclimating to a new state of wholeness as the soul part is retrieved and the energy body shifted. Also this may uncover emotional needs from childhood that were not met. After the process we’ll explore your reaction to the process and we’ll talk about ways to get your unmet emotional needs met. It is important you are very gentle with yourself after a session and do not schedule any stressful activities immediately after. I always check in with an email 48 hours after.
Who will benefit? Anyone who experiences emotional triggers and are willing to feel their feelings and are ready to change aspects of their lives that are no longer serving them.
If you are not used to connecting with your emotions, this process may be challenging for you because it requires you to be unconditionally present with yourself. Similarly taking psychotropic medication (and regular alcohol/substance abuse) may interfere with this process as they may decrease your ability to fully feel your feelings. In such cases we may just work on learning to reconnect with feelings first.
